Not receiving but charged for bingo bucks

I purchased facebook credits using a prepaid visa card the card was authorized by visa payment taken no credits received To see that the card worked I purchased another package for 3.99 american and it went throught without a problem The first transaction NEVER gave me what I paid for I was a package worth 19.99 american charged by prepaid visa 20.?? Please check with Ryzing bingo and give me what I paid for Thank You
