Offered a free sample and then began receiving ordering

I ordered a fee sample of the tea and now have received several charges for other things like web access IP-4ONLINEHEALTHY FIT WYI Tea membership charges all totalling toover 300.00 Cdn. I have cancelled but am now concerned that htey will continue to charge my credit ard. I have not cancelled my credit card because I am hoping that they will refund me when they receive the returned tea that I did not accept from thr Canada Post office. What should I do?
