I have a neighbor who has at least 2 dogs, these dogs are a continuous problem to neighbors because of Barking and howling. My landlord and there's has been told of this problem, this problem has also been mentioned to the dogs owners themselves. It seems however that the complaint is not being taken seriously and the barking and howling continues on a daily basis, the owners leave the dogs alone frequently and they bark and howl causing disturbance to neighboring households.
Children and the elderly cannot sleep or rest, people in general cannot even hear the TV when relaxing after a hard day/night at work.
What's the law in brampton, Ontario on this matter and what can we as neighbors do to ensure that this problem is rectified without fail, allowing us to once again enjoy our daily lives without this disturbance?
