I purchased a violin rosin yesterday (Jan 4, 2011) and when I start using it at home, it was all dried up and it shattered into little pieces. When I took it back, the "director" Dwight Hong, did not even bother to look at the item and instead accused me of breaking it and calling me a liar. He then told me to get out of his store!! I went to Long and McQuade afterwards, and showed them the piece I purchased. Right away, they told me that it was dry, and it should not shattered like that. I received great service from Long and McQuade, they were knowledgable and they were even cheaper!! I will never go back to The Beat of Music, and would not recommend it to anyone!!
