Fun For Life Club
International SCAM - RIPOFF - WILL JOIN ANYONE WITH A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

In June 2006 we received a call saying we had won a trip and all that was requested to claim this prize was for us to attend an information session at the Fun For Life Club in Mississauga. I said I would call back if I was interested. The girl said 'no problem' and gave me their phone number.

I thought this to be good as the usual calls we get use pressure tactics which force you to make a decision right away. She reassured me that there would be no pressure to buy a thing as we had already won the prize. My husband and I checked them out over the internet and discovered that this company really did exist with an address.

Feeling more confident we decided to go agreeing we wouldn't buy a thing. We agreed we'd leave if we found some shady company hiding operating in a building without signage.

When we arrived there it was. A building with huge signage and all. Guess it's legitament. Right?? We went inside and they did their thing - selling us all on the best of everything. Time shares, low prices for 5 star vacations, etc. You name it, they could do it for you. Afterall didn't you deserve to vacation like royalty for the price of a commoner? Then they broke everyone into seperate groups - each to their own Sales Rep (Con Artist). Ours was Denisa.

We didn't take the bait very easily as we had many questions. We told them we could not afford $20k so they started to bring down the number of required weeks to purchase in hopes of making a sale. When they saw they weren't getting anywhere they brought in management, Felicia Mittelman, who then so 'kindly' offered to give us an additional trip if we would sign up for only 20 weeks.

Like suckers we went for it. After all $3200 was a lot cheaper than $20k. Everytime I've called since then it has always been a different person in charge. They don't seem to hold on to their employees. Everyone passes the buck on to somebody else saying that person doesn't work here anymore. And so your left with having to start all over again. Now we see that they were simply buying themselves time.

Last June we paid our annual $99 US membership fee. In Feb of this year (2008) I tried to get on to their website. I was told that my membership had expired last year!! So I called and spoke to Jessica who reassured me that it was an oversite and that they would reactivate it right away. I asked about our 2 free trips. She said that they were in the process of moving within the next few weeks so I should hold on to them and not mail them in for activation just yet.

Immediately a red flag went up as I had just seen some pretty disturbing things about this company on the news. I questioned her about this but she reassured me that the company was being framed and that they were just moving to a different location in Mississauga.

Well, that's the last I've heard and can't seem to find them anywhere. Their answering service still states that they are in business. They ask you to leave your name, number, a brief message & email and they will get back to you within 48 hours. Then she tells you that the voice box is full and to 'please try again later'.

How long do they think they can put us off??? We've been lied to and suckered out of $3208.93.

If anyone wants to pursue a Class Action Lawsuit against this scamming company please contact us. We'll be there with bells on!
