Refund of money

I had a deal with Union Telecom. I paid the monety. The time they gave me a deal was said some thing else. In their verification call was told something totally opposite about rate. i asked them to cancelled the deal because ii didn't use it. They cancelled it. When i called them to return my money back they said they returned it. But its more than a week now its not returned yet,

Teh second thing they said they cann't return money on same card and they took another number

I was shocked when they money out of it instead of 39.50 they took 41.00 dollars they r fraud
