I HAVE HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH FIDO FOR 3 MONTHS AND HAVE HAD TO CALL EACH AND EVERY MONTH TO SORT OUT MY BILLING ISSUES. THIS MONTH (NOVEMBER) I AGAIN RECIEVED MY BILL OPENING IT UP TO FIND OUT THAT I HAD A BILL FOR 1800.00..CALLING FIDO TO SORT THIS OUT THEY RECONIZED THAT THEY HAD MADE AN ERROR IN NOT PROVIDING ME WITH THE SERVICE THEY OFFERED ME WHICH WAS TO SEND A TEXT MESSAGE WHEN CUSTOMERS HAVE USED 50% OF THERE PLAN MINUTES AND AGAIN WHEN CUSTOMERS HAVE USED 100% OF THERE MINUTES.. IN ADMITTING THIS THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER ME A CREDIT OF MY PLAN MINUTES AND WOULD NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR ONLY THE MMINUTES ON MY PLAN..AGAIN THERE MISTAKE AND I AM PAYING FOR IT.. THEY ALSO TOLD ME THAT THE RESON I DID NOT GET MY TEXT MESSAGE IS BECASUE FIDO MADE AN ERROR IN NOT ENTERING THE CODE FOR MY PLAN WHICH AGAIN CHARGED ME FOR EVERY MIN USED INSTEAD OF ONLY MINUTES THAT I GO OVER..
