So I was offered a 1 week "free" trial with a personal trainer as I had never been to a gym before, Signed a contract that I should have read but didn't as I thought it was a free trial, . When I missed my first session with the personal trainer they called and I let them know that I wasn't interested in going to the gym and That I would like to cancel (they don't even have my banking information because it was supposed to be FREE - after my 7 day personal trainer trial if I liked it I could bring in my banking info) So Cancel I did, or so I thought. The women I spoke to said that it would be cancelled as I have 10 days of "grace". Now almost 8 months later I am receiving calls from a credit collector saying that If i don't pay my account will be sent to collections. I never used the service, NOT ONCE so why would I pay for it!!! I will fight this and I guaruntee premier fitness will not get a dime outta me!
This company is a disgrace.
