Hydro-Solutions installed a heat pump a few months ago. A representative from Hydro-Solutions, with the phone number 1-877-353-0077, called me close to 3 months ago to inform me that they would deposit a $560 subsidy from Hydro-Quebec into my account. She also sent an email on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, stating that the deposit would be made on Friday, August 11, 2023. I sent her two emails regarding the deposit, but they went unanswered. Today, Monday, August 14, 2023, I called and spoke to an employee who said she would send an email to the representative, Make, asking her to call me. I made the call at 11:03 AM, and as of now, 13:04, neither Make has called me nor has the deposit been made. However, Hydro-Solution does continue to withdraw $88 per month from my account as part of my payment plan for the next 12 years. I am extremely frustrated.
