I read about the WuLong Tea and got on the internet to order some and didn't do my homework and read about it. Come to find out, there is no way to contact them to get your money back. The letter that came in the box started out as: Dead Customer, . Then it read that my credit card would be billed by their parent company which is: eDirectSoftware.com.

How does a software company sell tea?

I would like to get my money back and do not know how.
