Wrong billing-impossible to reach Telus agent to discuss

Incompetent agents and impossible tobreach one -Long waiting time (hours0 Poor knowledge and professional attitude. NOt helpful. Impossible to teach supervisor in the hope of being helped. I have internet, landlines and unwanted TV bills with Telus and i want to cancel all of them because of their poor availibility to help their clients.
