Billing me 4 cd's returned to them unopened and sueing me for non payment Ripoff

I joined Columbia house in 2006, recieved there 4 cd's. Paid them for them. Keep recieving cd's returned them unopened and cancelled my accounts. Now I am being sued by a finanial collection agency for non payment. I have emailed them several times to clear up their mistake by to no avail.
