A few years ago I ordered CD's from Columbia House, after receiving 1st oder, I telephoned and cancelled more CD's. They claim I received more CD's which is false as we were away for 3 months at the time and could not have gotten them. I was in contact with customer service and thoutht we had settled this matter. I am a senior citizen and not used to playing games. Lo and behold we arrive from our 4 month stay in Florida only to find out a credit agency was trying to reach us, because Columbia House sent my name to a collection agency. I explained to them this problem and they said to contact Columbia House which I did. The collection Agency continues to call to the point of harassement. How do I get Columbia House to quit bothering me and rectify this situation. I don't even know where to write to them. Help!
