Hello Mr. James Myers,

My name is Naresh Kumar Sharma and my Customer ID 15233367ZZZ201 would like to

complaint about harrasment of my family by Bell TV.

Short story, I am a customer with Bell Canada for Home Phone Services and Bell

Sympatico internet services for last 12 years. Your Sales department made so many call for Bell TV

Services for a bundle service. After thousands of call from your company they got

me to have their Bell TV promotions and I paid almost $429.00 for their services and

after three months whatever channel they gave me to watch were cut off.

I cancelled my Bell TV and was told that there is no more bill against my account.

Now for the last three months I am getting calls from collection agency for payment

which is disconnection of my TV services. I told them I do not owe any money but they

keep harrassing me in my house by making several calls a week, I work mid-night shift and

they won't let me sleep in my own house. (Bell TV) collection agencies.

I am still customer of Bell Internet and Bell Home Services and paying my bills for

last 12years. If you do not stop these illegal calls to my house and clean my name from

Bell TV bill payment. I have no choice but to go to small claim court and bring Bell TV in front of a Judge.

I am looking forward that you can stop this harrassment immidiately. If your office wants to contact
