Tried to go through the drive-through to get breakfast this morning but got stuck behind a vehicle that seemed to be chatting to the staff member instead of ordering food. I got out of the line up, parked and went in to order. Just as I was paying for my food the same car pulled up to the window. The staff member went to the window (even though my transaction wasn't 100% complete) and started to chat with the folks again. No money was taken and no food was given to them so it just seemed to be a chatting session. My food had been ready to be packaged for awhile so I got frustrated and asked the staff member to get my food so I could get to work. She stopped chatting and got my order.
In summary the paying customer was ignored and the "friends" seemed to be the priority. It's sad when someone in a restaurant who only had one paying customer at the time couldn't provide decent customer service.
