Con man and coward steals your money ripoff

It seems that I am not the only one who has been ripped of by Bill Lougheed. First it took more than a year for my ATM machines to get placed, then only two out of three were ever working, no communication between the person managing the machines or Bill (who now apparently calls himself William so you don't know who he is).

Now the 'franchisee' who was managing my machines has gone out of business. Apparently, 'William' never paid him anything that was due him. Now I am stuck in limbo with three machines and no place to go. Where is William? Conveniently not responding which seems to be his MO.

I would be happy if Bill would get the machines working somewhere, but the coward won't even return an email or phone call.

I'm thinking of taking a trip to Canada.
