This company is the pits.
The flowers were terrible and not at all what the website show, the price was is US dollars, and there was no gift card. When we called to complain it took hours to get to a real person. The only way was to use the website chat link.
They state "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" but what they mean is that they will tell you when you are satisfied. They offered to send new flowers (after hours put in trying to contact them and negotiating with several people) but the occaision had passed and I preferred a refund. Apparently MY satisfaction is not guaranteed as they flat out refused.
I wish I had read this site before I ordered. Do not order from this site if only because of the crappy customer service.
