DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE GLOBE AND MAIL HOME DELIVERY AT YOUR DOOR.

The Globe and Mail or its representative called me earlier this month to subscribe to its newspaper delivery. They told me the delivery would start the next business day.

My credit card was charged but I never received the newspaper. In fact, it was never delivered not even once.

I've tried to call them but I was put on hold, lost patience then hung up. I faxed them a notice of cancellation and I had no response yet.
