How hard is it to send a bill? Aparently not worth the effort at UPS. For the third time I have recieved a parcel from the USA by UPS Standard shipping with customs duty and taxes billed to me. Instead of sending the bill they sent me to collections. I would have just dealt with it but at the same time I ordered a piece from another supplier and it came Fed-ex. WOW. Fed Ex made me pay up front for duty and taxes, less than UPS and no stress bother or missing bills. So to the guys at UPS Canada Send the bill and I'll pay it, send me to collections and I will fight and dispute every inch and make sure it costs you more to collect than if you just did the job fairly and properly.
