I placed an order with this company on oct 1 2008. they withdrew the money on oct 6 2008. it is now jan 2009 and i have not received my purchase. they responded to my e-mail several times. now they don't bother. if their business is to steal from people at least they can admit it and tell the people tough luck. even their excuses are bizarre. not very imaginative. i am taking the advice o others and reporting them to my credit card company. i am also in the process of making a report with the vancouver police dept. if this company is representative of our neighbors to the north god help us. my favorite is that pres bush has been trying to shut them down. gee, i wonder why. could it be that they are just common thieves? what a disgrace that there have been so many complaints and nothing has been done. trust i will never have anything to do with a business in canada again.
