Description of products is hazy and not full. When I noticed the product is not up to my expectations it was virtually impossible to contact them. They finally (after two months) answered my e-mail and agree to refound. I sent the product back (at my cost) and I couldn't see the money until today. It has passed five months and it looks as it is not going to be solved. When you dialing (800) number you always talk to the answering machine and that remains without any response. They try to get you off their back by ignoring you, hoping that you will run out of patience; very annoying and rude practice. Stay away.
