The original telesales person Barbara who said that she was with the company for many years was soon gone. I received a call from a new person Helen who continued to send us leads that were riddled with errors; when I told her she sent me a very few make up leads that were of equal poor quality. I received another telephone call this morning from yet another new rep who was trying to resell me all over again!! I guess they don't check their dissatisfied client file.
When I explained how dissatisfied I was the last time he explained that the company is now different and how they now pay a salary to their employees. How does this benefit me?? Does this mean I was sold by those who didn't care??
I offered him an opportunity to earn back the business by extending one month of lead to us @ no charge, Steve was not very interested in earning back my business; why should he TMI already was ahead $1000.00 of our money for 3 months of poor quality leads that they sent to us. I told Steve that if it were me I would have gone to may manager right away to satisfy a customer with the hope of reinstating the account. Steve did not see it that way.
If you receive a call from TMI Corporation the best thing to do is just hang up!!
