I called this company August 18, 2004 with questions about skip tracing. I was left on hold on my cell phone for several minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone, I only got about two words out of my mouth before the man interrupted me. The man who picked up the phone was EXTREMELY disgruntled, RUDE, RUDE, RUUUUDE!!! and was VERY verbally abusive towards me. He cussed me out and called me very rude names. His age is very questionable, as well as his sanity and common sense.
The man needs psychological help! Anyone who derives pleasure out of abusing others (emotionally, physically, or verbally) is one VERY SICK puppy!!! Very surprising this person is a businessman. I don't know how he stays in business by abusing those who call him.
