Where should I begin. This company will promise you great benefits and then they will decide not to keep this promise, they will tell you that they don't need you anymore, where actually in fact they are hiring someone for less money.
First of all they are abusing their employees we were all mistreated, working for 11$ per h sometimes 10, 11 h per day without being payed overtime, every saturday, every sunday, holidays, long weekends and you don't have a chance to choose your schedule, you are obligated to work 10 or 11 h, no questions asked.
If you however say that you cannot work more than 8 hours they will fire you, like in my case I got fired because i was asking to work only 8 hours.
Supervisors, and operatons manager of this call centre cannot even speak the language, and customers cannot even understand them. I fell awful for them, my heart goes to customers because they are calling because they need help and nobody is willing to help them. I can understand that the company exist to make money but not while you under appreciate your employees.
I worked in call centres before, but clientlogic is horrible place to work, you will feel tense all the time, no supervisors will ever be available to you for help, everybody's quitting and that's why you see their post every day. please do yourself a favour and do not work for them. They will just waste your time. Find a real company. A real call centre to work. We live in this great city where thousands of call centres are being born every day. Clientlogic is horrible horrible place.
