Ripoff I paid $375 for 3 amp's. and I only recived 1 amp. Saint Albert

OK I bought 3 amp's and he only sent me ONE. So I tried to tell him to refund my money back for the other 2 and he said that he was going to send me 2 replacement amp's. So he gave me 2 tracking # and when I try to track them at a www.canadapost.ca they say that they have no records of those tracking #'s. So he won't give me my money back.
