Purchased a product from this company that is very reliant on personal service to effect proper use of the product. I have received some correspondence from time to time advising that the company was sold to another party and is now an offshore enterprise, however the e-mail address remains the same... but you cannot get a response from www.emulator1.com. Where did they go? No phone number, no current address and no contact by e-mail except when they send. Like the previous person that got ripped off by "Dawn" and her group, I highly recommend going elsewhere for this product if you want to be able to use it as intended.
