Don't response to email & phone to follow up to refund the remaining 6 months membership for support for the reason they don't response to your needs

I sent email starting Sept 26 03, left a phone message & also a follow-up note to their website's "forum site" but no success in connecting to emulator1 so decided & sent email & phone them that I'm cancelling the remaining 6 months of my membership for Hu support for the reason they don't response when you need them for support & help unfortunately until now totally no response if they are going to refund me or not.
