Gave my credit card number over the internet and have called and e-mailed them and no reply victimized many consumers

The flyer came to the apartment and they had an e-mail address where I had answered on the internet stating that you can use your credit card and as well sent me back an e-mail stating that Your order has been approved by my bank as well it says to contact the merchant, please send e-mail to [email protected]

I had ordered 2 prs. of slippers and as well they had sent me am InternetSecure Receipt Number. I have tried numerous times to e-mail them as well as call them and there phone lines are always busy and have never contacted me by e-mail.

I am thoroughly discussed by this Company and as well I am a senior on a fixed income and I am out $38.90. They as well have these flyers in other different mails that come through the door. I am just sick aout this and what can I do.
