I am writing for a friend and myself. We decided to order slippers after seeing an add in the local sunday paper. She wrote the check on 4/6/04 and it was cashed on 4/15/04 by the company, but as of today, 6/08/04 the items have not been received. Did some searching online for us and have noticed many complaints about this company and thought we would join the masses to complain about this company - US Mail Order Exchange aka JD Marvel Products based in Canada.
