Overshipment of product

We phoned to order an Emery Cat Board. We ordered one and acknowledged their special offer of a second one free. We received four! Therefore, we will be billed for two plus postage & handling twice. Now, we are unable to get through to them by phone and their website only allows ordering. This was prepaid by VISA. Not happy!
