On-line service is not working
I have not been able to view my account online for 2 weeks now. I have been contacting Scotiaitrade almost every day to try and resolve this. They keep telling me the problem will be fixed by the next day. They are not very helpful and just don't seem to care. My situation feels quite helpless and the only thing I can do is to move my accounts to another company. I know of two other people who are having the same problem.
