Placed Order w/co 10/8, checked back because i did nio promised e-mail.went back to site, can not get site back, comp says site can not be displyed.there is no telephone listed, even with the credit card co, which i contacted

I ordere smurfs from the co, was told they would send confirmation e-mail, I did not recieve one. I went back to check, the only thing I get is that the website can not be displayed. This is for the last 5 days. Called credit co, they told me they don't have a phone nr for the co, so i can not get in touch with them per phone. What can i do?
