I have an increasing worsen dripping Waltec bathroom faucets that are supposedly having a so-called lifetime warranty. These seemingly defective Waltec faucets have only been installed for 5 years or less yet they started having issues since a few months back & now the dripping is turning like a small stream. Over a week now, 100 + calls have been made calling Waltec/Master Plumbing/Masco Canada at different numbers yet apparently to the same calling center as the recorded messages & addresses are all identical. I have been holding on my every 100+ calls since a week ago from 5-12 minutes each & EVERY TIME I KEPT RECEIVING THE SAME RECORDED MESSAGE THAT THEIR ASSOCIATES ARE CURRENTLY HELPING OTHER CUSTOMERS REGARDLESS WHAT TIME I CALLED. Seems to me that Masco/Master Plumbing/Waltec Canada does not care about customers who prefer disclosing personal information ONLY OVER THE PHONE BUT NOT ON ANY OF THE TRICKY & UNSAFE ONLINE preform. Consequently, other than keep telling us to try their online chat for '' faster response time'', my own experience seems to tell me that there ARE ACTUALLY NO LONGER ANY REAL PEOPLE MANNING THEIR PHONE CALLS & THEY PRETEND THAT THEY STILL DO!
