My complaint is the same as all the others. Why are you sending me your useless booklets and charging them to my credit card. You do not have my authorization to do this. I sent the booklets back last month as you told me to and you said you would credit my credit card with money charged for December and instead you sent me some more useless booklets (which is back in the mail as "return to sender" as I don't think I should have to pay postage besides paying for the rotten thing you are doing. I'm going to file to the complaints board if this doesn't stop. Answer to this request to my e-mail address would be appreciated. How are you getting away with this is more than I can tell.
