Pascale Papin Ordered tickets for WEMF, VISA charged Feb 24, now Mar 22, no tickets

Feb 23
Ordered tickets for WEMF from WANTICKETS.COM, $17/wantickets.com handling fee $14/fed-ex 3-day delivery (did not have a choice for regular mail or anything)

Feb 24
Visa charged in full, recived email from wantickets stating "This order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking #. "

Mar 4
I initiate communcation regarding status of ticketets, "Shipping has begun March 1st and will continue on next week."

I reply back stating I'm not happy with paying for the shipping fees, while I still don't have a tracking # for my paper tickets, to which they reply

"Unfortunately, we had to postpone the shipping of this event because of the high volume we had to send for event that are taken place before August. If you feel that you didnt receive the service you paid for, I can refund you the shipping fees and put your tickets on the willcall list. Unfortunately this was an uncontrollable situation.
Please note that the shipping has begun March1st and will continue next week.
Please advise on what you want to do."

Now they have turned the tables on me, they are waiting for me to advise, on what I have already paid for and choosen (without anyother choice) to do. I replied back " Do not stop processing my ticket! ", I paid for the 3day, they get shipped whenever, I paid for them to handle tickets properly, get nothing! apparently

I ask VISA for help, they say they need to wait 15 business days before proceeding.

File official complaint with BBB, they send complaint copy to wantickets head office

Get email stating "This is to confirm that shipping has begun beginning of March and will be completed by the end of this week."

Still nothing!! Zilch!!! Nada!!! Just filing out this report on "usaconsumercomplaints.com". If I'm the only one who had this problem, that's my dumb luck, but if there are others out there who this has happened to, please take a minute, and file a complaint on here and with the BBB and with VISA. In this day and age of computers, printers & logistics this shouldn't be taking this long by compotent people.
