Today is Oct 9, 2007 and I sent a moneygram to a Mr Shaun Nixon of Hamilton Ontario on Sept 19th, 2006 in the amount of $100 for a pair of tickets to the Green Bay Packers at San Fransisco 49ers on Dec 10th.
I have received several emails from Shaun saying: you haven't received them yet" when he put in writing that the tickets would be at my location overnight by FedEx on Sept 20th, 2006.
I will be filing a police report on Oct 10th, 2006 in hopes that our legal system can prevent this from happening to many innocent people in the future.
I have proof of payment (Moneygram) and several emails as evidence.

In order to catch Shaun, we need as many official police reports filed as possible.
I filed mine here is the procedure. It should take about a half hour of your time. Nothing can be done without your contributions to his file... they need to build a case.
1) Go to your local police station and file an official fraud report
2) State on the report whether or not you would be willing to testify in court.
3) Have the police mail the report and your evidence (correspondence to&from him / proof of your payment etc) to:
