Order is not being processed or lost in Canada!

I ordered a movie November 16th, and have been fighting with this company ever since. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order. They claim I will have it by December 31st, but I was also promised I would have it by December 3rd.

I think they're the biggest scam artists I've ever seen. They need to be shut down & taught a lesson about not stealing other people's money for their own personal gain.
