On This WebSite I ordered a dvd set of broderick cawfords highway patrol it said 39 dvd set early December, got a e-mail the next day, saying that my credit card was charged $162.00 once a week. I would go on that website in a live chat 2 times with marie and 1 time with someone else and they would tell me it was on back order the last time. I called this number 877-788-7468 and talked to a girl, she said it would be 2 more weeks. It had been 5 weeks on back order all ready 2 more I told her to cancel my order and she said she had, but it would take 10 to 12 days to receive my refund and I never got a hold of anyone again, when you call that phone number now, you just get a recorded message, saying that wait for the next available person and then it tells you to try back later. I hope someone can do something about this place, it's not fair!
