Undirected shipment bad refund service rude reply Gloucester Massachusetts

I've now ordered a package from Vampfangs with very irritating and dislike able fact.

I decided to buy a Werewolf Custom Fit fang and a mystery FX Theatrical Contact Lense. It took a while for anything to change after it said Package Sent which was understandable since I lived quite a far distance from the company. However, I checked the tracking number on my package and resulted in this

"CURRENT STATUS: Your item was returned to the sender on June 04, 2009 because it could not be delivered as addressed.
Scheduled Delivery Date: "

Upon receiving this message, I sent a email to the customer service asking what I should do or what the company could do.

"I went to check see where my shipping was as of this moment and received this message. What should I do? I think there might be a problem with the shipping address."

A few hours upon sending this message, I was faced with this message.

"we can issue a refund less shipping. Or you can pay to have it reshipped to another address"

I responded in three days telling them:

"I received this email from you guys
(Or you can pay to have it reshipped to another address)
Now I would like to have it paid for reshipping with the corrected address so what should I do now? "

I waited and waited for a week and still had no reply. Then I resent a message to vampfangs with the same contents as above thinking that it must have not gotten read by the vampfangs representative. However, upon looking at the responce, this was what they had done to my question.

"Customer said: 10 days ago (242 hours ago) [6/5/2009 7:16PM]
I would like it to be reshipped.
Where would I pay for the shipping cost?

Vampfangs said: today (11 hours, 609 min ago) [6/15/2009 10:59AM]

Around another few days or so, I received a message from Vampfangs.
The order has been canceled and refunded. If you wish to reorder you can. We are unable to reship that package."

Knowing how scam's worked around the world with giving away credit card numbers to companies I never heard, I decided to use a Pre-Paid Credit Card to prevent fraud but this prepaid credit card does not accept refunds so now I've just lost $46.06 USD. Why had they not discussed with me if I wanted a refund or another method? Why had they automatically refunded my unrefundable pre-paid Credit Card when I constantly asked for them to reship? Why had they not tell me in advance of the fact that my package was not able to be reshipped?

After all these question's flooded my mind, anger and frustration made me to write a small complaint message back regarding the shipping process and payment process.

Why did you not tell me that the order was unable to be reshipped before refunding the item...
Since I played from a prepaid Credit Card, that refunded "You received a full or partial refund of $46.06 USD from GlowMark Novelties." has now completely vanished.
I've just now wasted a $100 prepaid Credit Card since now I've only gotten Can$26.99 in the Balance and a movie which I was planning to make that used the lens and the fangs now has been ruined.
And not only that I have been wanted these items for almost an year before I had to buy it now I don't even know what to do since I just wasted $100 just because of some shipping problem."

Feeling that some of the following events that has happened above, I felt that this cleared up all the loose ends to the problems. However, I obtained a rather rude reply from vampfangs with my vampfang account becoming closed so I had no way of acessing my tracking info and the purchase proof. (I was smart enough save a copy of that very page that I was trying to access to show that I really did purchase)

How is this our issue?
1) You ordered items and gave us an address to ship to that was not correct (not our fault)
2) We tried to find a way to bypass the system to reship. We were unable to do so.
3) We refunded the TOTAL price and took the loss for the shipping we paid for at our expense
4) It's somehow our fault you used a prepaid card?
Seems to me like you need to rethink who is really at fault here and take future purchases to another company please"

In response to this message, I sent another addressing all of the rhetorical question that they managed to procure out of their minds.

"1) I have never had a shipping problem to that address before
2) How were you not able to bypass the system to reship and before the refund, how was I not notified that you were not able to reship instead of a refund where I could have discussed a possible solution to the problem?
3) The fully refunded price and the loss of shipping has absolutely no effect to any of the payments that I have sent out
4) I never blamed that it was you who was at fault for using a prepaid credit card but rather then automatically refunding the full purchase price before even contacting me asking me if I was to be getting a refund seems unsatisfactory."

Now, I am waiting for them to reply and I will update this report when I receive the response.

Overall to sum up all the troubles I had with them so far, Don't buy from Vampfangs.
