I just received a letter stating that I had won a contest. The timing couldn't have been better as I had just been laid off from work. I have been informed that I am the grand prize winner of $250, 000.
There is a check enclosed for $4, 530.00. I am to use that to send them $3, 860.00 for non resident government sales tax.
It sounds so wonderful, but too good to be true.
The check is from Ensign United States Drilling, Inc.
I googled it and it is a legitimate company. I wonder if this check is any good.
I don't think this could be true, but I sure would love it to be.
