Received a letter informing me that I was a winner in a lottery to the tune of 250K, also rec'd a check in the amt of $3926 to use to pay mandatory VAT tax. You endorse the phony ck and send the company a ck for X amt of dollors and (ron gibson) is a happy camper and you are stuck repaying the 3926 to your bank.
