My experience whirpool has been terrible, customer service is awful. i have been waiting for a technician to come and fix the dishwasher for a week and that took me a month to book! when you call them its impossible to speak to a human and any time of the day you call it says that you called us out of hours!!!
once the technician came he refused to touch the dishwasher because it was not pulled out! its just me and my mom at home and he refused to help to take the dishwasher out the pipe is all the way in the basement and were not dishwasher technicians to know and if we break something then we loose out warranty, this is absurd, they shouldve told us before hand that they wont touch the dishwasher and now we have to wait another week for another technician
