I ordered Palm Wallets from this company after seeing an ad on TV. The charge was quoted as $14.95 for one wallett & a bonus offer of one free. The walletts arrived in the mail but when my charge account bill arrived the charge was for $46.16.
I cannot get through to a real person on the 1-800 number.
Does anyone have an e-mail address for this company? I did notice a mailing address in one of the consumer complaintss. Has anyone had any favourable results writing to this company? Or perhaps someone has a phone number other than 1-866-430-8155??
