After not receiving any wages, for a total of six weeks and having stop payments put on cheques, two other Employees joined me in not showing up for work. The only way to define these people is to call them con artists

It has now been five weeks that I have not received any pay. I am at desperation and now receiving legal council to proceed with my claims as well as two other former employees. There is another report on these two individuals done by someone who has done far more research then I currently on this site. I can only report on my accounts and two other employees. The Capstick's are very sick people with a disregard for others that would see their employees and the people they work for, ultimately bankrupt.
Do not work for these individuals, they will eventually turn on you and not pay you! If you have the belief, this will not happen to you by Capco. After it dose I will be happy to assist anyone who seeks legal counsel and direct them to my current lawyer.
