Told me I Won 500.000usd, sent ck for $4333.49 topay tax dep my acct and call them

Received a letter a few days ago telling me that I had won the International Lotter/Sweepstakes program, and I had won $500.000USD. Enclosed was a bank check made out to me in the amount of $4333.49 to pay "non-residential tax". I called the number in the letter and was told that the check was good and that once it was deposited to call them back to get futher instructions on getting my funds. Needless to say this seems like a Ripoff To Me. Thanks
