Sent check for 3972 and it was a fraud messed up my account canada

The optima marketing and research services sent me a check for $3972 saying i would spend 150 at walmart home depot or jc pennys send a 170 money gram to them and send them 3200 back getting to keep 300 for trainging hours. but when i put it in my account (i should have thought it threw) but i didnt they tried to take 9999999. 00 out of my account i had to close my account
