To sum up what appears to be an official letter, it says, in part,
I received a "WINNING NOTIFICATION" on November 14th to tell me i had won an International Sweepstakes on October 20th, 2008 in the UK organized by the Fidelity international lotto... therefore a winner of $250, 000 which is to be assigned to North American claims affliate. Also enclosed is an official looking check to cover tax purposes. Winnings wouldnt be sent until taxes are paid. Must call an agent by name of Kart Louis to cash check. Sheila Harris is the promotions director. The number listed is also mentioned in another site to which i also commented on. Link listed below.

Another interesting thing is... the address listed in this report is from my letter, but my check has another address as 296 Carlton Rd; Hollister, MO 65672. Donna's letter seems to have the 2 addresses combined. So unless Donna messed up and accidently combined the two, something is definitely up with this so called company.
I did not attempt to call this company as i do believe it is a fake. But hopefully someone can get to the bottom of this.
