This is a ripoff, The Huntington National Bank, Columbus, OH did not issue this cashier's check, they do not issue casier's checks at all. They send you this check and then ask you to call for instructions on how to receive the rest of the $39, 000 winning award and to deposit this bogus check in your bank.
