After ordering the free trial, I received it a 14 days later. I was charged twice for shipping and handling. The trial charges for account if "extra" bottles" are not returned within 25 days. They require an "RMA" number to be on the outside of the return package that you can only get on-line. I tried to reach them the very next day on the 800 number that was on the invoice but it only referred to the web-site.
I e-mailed a request for the RMA number only to receive a message that stated it would be 10 or more days before they would be able to access my file and respond to the request. My response was, "why does it take that long to access my account. I heard that this was a scam but I am going to give you a chance to respond with my RMA number before I report you! "
They responded with the number the next morning.
I immediately went to the post-office and paid $26 for express international postage with return reciept. This would have given the package 4 days to reach the company with the RMA noted on all 4 sides of the package. I then, sent an e-mail to the company telling them of the shipment and giving them the shipping number.
On the 24th day I recieved an e-mail stating that they were glad that I liked the product and are billing my account $75.00 for the "unreturned product." They did so the next morning.
The product broke my face out worse than it was before trying the stuff!
