Ordered product which stated free trial for 25 days. Did not rec'v product for over two weeks later of which was left on my front porch and no signature req'd. I used product, which gave me a rash/breakouts. I stopped using it and was going to send it back but rec'd email stating my account had been charged $189.98since the two week FREE trial was up and I they had not rec'd it back. No refunds were available to me and I should just not bother to return it as I will not rec'v a refund. I contacted the company for the RMA number in order to return it and it took them a day to get that to me so my overnight express to them could not go thru. Mike from their customer service dept. wrote with threats that if I dispute the charges with my bank their legal system would sue me and charge me on my credit card another $75.00 per processing fee for their actions they must take. I closed acct.
